Delivery Information

Ground Delivery is free within the continental United States.  Where UPS is Available. If you wish to have a different shipping service feel free to email us and we will be happy to accommodate.  However, air and other more expensive methods will entail an added fee for the difference in price.

Please understand that express shipping is not a guarantee to ship out on the same business day.  All orders are processes within 5 business days after ordering.  We do guarantee all orders to be to the customer by the weardate that is shown.
Default Shipping for International Orders is UPS and generally takes about 10 days when items are in stock.

Your country could also impose other duties or tax that we have no way of estimating. Contact us for shipping rate if your country is not listed or we will just bill the exact rate of shipping.

Returns/Exchanges/Credits

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products being sold, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges or credits.  Please be sure of the size and color you want before ordering.

Dress Availability

Availability can change daily as prom and wedding season hits its peak.  Make your selection early if possible.  We have a large inventroy of prom dresses that is continually changing throughout the year. If we have temporarily sold out of your dress choice in the size or color ordered, we will notify you immediately.

Billing

Online orders can be charged to your Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. or you may call the store and place your order over the phone. Your card will be charged in US Dollars. If you shop at our store location, we do have layaway. 

Size Your Gown

Most dress manufacturers provide size charts to aid in choosing your correct size. Be sure to measure carefully. Size charts are helpful but vary between dress manufacturers. Remember that you can always take up a gown that is too large, but you can not let it out if you order to small. If your measurements are on the border, it is wise to take the larger size and plan alterations. Most dresses require alterations to get a perfect fit. Security

Your online credit card information is secured with efashioncentral security system when you tranmit your order. We use Secure Technology to ensure safe transmissions.

Tax

Oklahoma shipping orders will be charged 8.75% sales tax.  Other States Sales Tax vary but will apply.
